Hey there, and welcome to the Life & In Between Podcast! If you’ve landed here, you’re probably curious about who we are, what we’re about, and why this space even exists and I’m so glad you’re here.

Let me start by saying: this isn’t just a podcast for me. It’s a personal growth journey. It’s a calling. It’s therapy. It’s community.

Creating this podcast has been a labor of love, from designing the website and graphics, to choosing the right platform, to building a team I genuinely love working with. And no, I don’t get paid for this (yet!) but make no mistake: this is a job. One I take seriously. One that fills my soul.

I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside two powerful and inspiring human beings Patrick Perez and Jayson Mendez. From scheduling weekly meetings, brainstorming content, and testing platforms, to submitting grant proposals and dreaming big together, we’re doing it all. So much happens behind the scenes that people don’t see. And honestly, that’s where the real magic happens.

But beyond the logistics, this is a story of embracing uncertainty. Of choosing to grow, stretch, and show up in a world that often tells us to shrink. This podcast is our way of saying, “You’re not alone.” It’s about sharing the raw truth, the in-between moments we often skip over and creating a space where vulnerability is not only welcomed but celebrated.

We like to say this podcast is packed with “a lot of testosterone and a little estrogen” and honestly, that’s the reality in many spaces, especially in corporate America. But we’re here to flip that script a bit. To bring balance. To bring heart. To talk about the stuff people don’t always talk about.

So thank you for being here at the very beginning. We’re just getting started and I can't wait for you to come along for the ride.

With gratitude,

Diana Gonzalez-Lehboub
